Overview
Issue 6 opened up many existing badges for Villains, as well as introducing many new ones. For Heroes, it added 11 Exploration badges, 16 Achievement Badges, 1 Accolade badge and 42 Gladiator badges. In total, 70 badges were introduced for Heroes upon the release of Issue 6. An additional 6 Achievement badges, 5 Accolade badges and 8 Gladiator badges were added later, for a grand total of 89 Hero badges during Issue 6.
For Villains, Issue 6 added 40 Exploration badges, 3 History badges, 97 Achievement badges, 18 Accomplishment badges, 5 Accolade badges and 43 Gladiator badges. In total, 206 badges were introduced for Villains upon the release of Issue 6. An additional Exploration badge, 5 Achievement badges, 5 Accolade badges and 4 Gladiator badges were added later, for a grand total of 221 Villain badges during Issue 6.
Finally, Supergroup badges were also added for the first time in Issue 6, totalling 21 badges for Heroes and 20 badges for Villains.
NOTE: Issue 13 introduced a massive resorting and reorganizing of the badge system. Consequently, many, if not most, of this issue's badges may no longer be in the categories in which they are listed below. Please refer to the individual badge category listings for current information.
NOTE: Issue 16 reduced the requirements for earning several of the Achievement badges listed below. Please refer to the individual badge pages for current information.
