Overview
Some Task Forces and Strike Forces and Trials have an extra Accolade badge associated with them for either completing the Task/Strike Force with certain limitations, or, by collecting a set of Achievement Badges that can be obtained within the Task/Strike Force. These Accolades are entitled "Master of [name of] Task/Strike Force" and are thus referred to as "Master of" badges.
No Deaths, No Temporary Powers
The following Task/Strike forces grant a selection of "Master of" Accolades for completing the Task/Strike force with the No Deaths and No Temporary Powers settings from the Task Force difficulty adjuster window along with additional challenge settings. The Team Leader has access to this window when the Task/Strike Force is started. The challenge icons (i.e. No Death and No Temporary Powers) should show under each teammate's status bar if selected correctly. Setting a time challenge and its success or failure has no impact on the "Master of" success.

Higher challenge tiers will award the lower tier challenge badges except for the original "Master of" badges (apparently because "No Temporary Powers" is a different challenge setting than "No Incarnate and Temporary Powers".
