Liberty's Belt

Liberty's Belt is a Resist Damage attuned enhancement set obtained by completing Secret Master of Ms. Liberty's Task Force and Lord Recluse's Strike Force runs. It is available in the 10-50 level range.

There are six enhancements in this set:

• Liberty's Belt: Resistance/Endurance,
• Liberty's Belt: Resistance/Recharge,
• Liberty's Belt: Endurance/Recharge,
• Liberty's Belt: Resistance/Endurance/Recharge,
• Liberty's Belt: Resistance, and
• Liberty's Belt: Resistance/Global Damage Bonus .

Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power, except for unique enhancements which, if present, are denoted by the symbol and are limited to one per character.

The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:

• Two enhancements increases Recovery by 1.5%.
• Three enhancements improves the Damage of all your powers by 2.5%.
• Four enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 9%.
• Five enhancements improves the Recharge of all your powers by 6.25%.
• Six enhancements increases Toxic and Psionic Resistance by 4.5%.
• Six enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 7.5%.

The following set bonuses apply only when a challenge setting is active (and are specially exempted and still give their bonus even when doing the "no set bonuses" challenge):

• Two enhancements increases maximum Endurance by 1.35%. (Challenge only)
• Three enhancements increases maximum Health by 1.88%. (Challenge only)
• Four enhancements increases Lethal and Smashing Defense by 3.13%. (Challenge only)
• Four enhancements increases Melee Defense by 1.56%. (Challenge only)
• Five enhancements improves your Movement by 7.5%. (Challenge only)
• Six enhancements increases Lethal and Smashing Resistance by 4.5%. (Challenge only)
• Six enhancements increases Mez Resistance by 7.5%. (Challenge only)
