Below is a list that utilizes the taunt mechanic somehow: causing it or protecting against/resisting it.
Powers That Cause Taunt
Taunt Ranged (Targeted Area of Effect), Foe Taunt (tankers) and Foe Taunt, -Range (brutes) This power is available to tankers and brutes through their primary/secondary power sets. The Confront power available to scrappers is similar in effect to Taunt. Kheldians have a version of Taunt named Antagonize, in White Dwarf Antagonize (Luminous Aura) and Black Dwarf Antagonize (Umbral Aura). Other versions of taunt-like powers are available via the Presence power pools Challenge and Provoke. |

Protecting Self
Vengeance Click Resistance, Team Part of the Leadership power pool available to all archetypes. Provides resistance to Disorient, Hold, Immobilize, Sleep, Confuse, Taunt, and Knockback. |

Emerge Resistance+Protection, Self This inspiration protects against and provides resistance to sleep, hold, immobilization, disorient, fear, confuse, knockback, repel, taunt, and placate. |
Escape Resistance+Protection, Self This inspiration protects against and provides resistance to sleep, hold, immobilization, disorient, fear, confuse, knockback, repel, taunt, and placate. |
