Additionally, it can be broken down into 4-6 Incarnate Shards. As of the May 24, 2011 patch, a Notice of the Well can be converted into 40 Incarnate Threads.

How to Get

Notice of the Well is awarded by completing a Weekly Strike Target. Only one Notice of the Well can be obtained per character per week by this method.

Alternately, characters who had received the Flames of Prometheus power will, upon reaching level 50, receive a reward that can be claimed for a Notice of the Well.
