Blinding Powder Ranged (Cone) Confuse Mag 2 This power is available to Stalkers from the Ninjitsu powerset, as well as to Ninjas Masterminds' Jounin after their Kuji In Zen upgrade. |
Arctic Air Toggle PBAoE Confuse Mag 3 This power is available to Controllers and Dominators through the Ice Control primary power set. |
