Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character.
Global: This enhancement functions as a set bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off or even if the power is greyed out because of exemplaring. However, the bonus of this Special IO is turned off if one exemplars more than three levels below the level of the Special IO itself, unless it's from a PvP Set, in which case, level doesn't matter and it will always work.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.
This is an enhancement in the Superior Kheldian's Grace set. It can only be equipped on Peacebringers and Warshades.

This enhancement boosts the effectiveness of the Kheldian forms. Human form gains enhanced damage resistance, nova form deals greater damage, and dwarf form gains increased maximum hit points.
This enhancement improves the recharge time of your power by the following amounts:

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by catalyzing the Kheldian's Grace: Recharge/Form Empowerment archetype origin enhancement, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
