Power Set Themes

This page contains power sets organized by "theme:" a defining element that a group of power sets share. While some power sets might have individual powers that belong in another category, most sets clearly have an intended idea or concept behind their design. For example, Ice Control has a power named "Arctic Air"; while that power may have "wind" as part of its concept, the entire set is clearly "ice" themed. Despite this, some power sets may appear more than once if they truly have multiple core concepts.
The "Archetypes" column lists which archetypes can have a particular theme as their primary or secondary power set.
