Briefing

The climax of our actions is soon approaching. Vagabond and Hatchet are prepared for our assault on the lab that has our Neutron bomb. The PPD are unaware that we are on our way, though I assume that they are already well guarded. Our efforts, however, are coordinated.

As we speak, the diseased members of the Resistance have activated in precincts all over Nova and Imperial, sending them into chaos. The officers in the lab will be unable to move in to provide back up. Beholder's seers have launched various attacks on the Seers in Imperial to prevent Tilman from seeing our attack. Hatchet's small army of ghouls have moved to the surface in Neutropolis and Imperial, ensuring that the PPD must take them out before dealing with us.

Provost Marchand Briefing Character! What's going on?! There's chaos everywhere! Diseased Resistance in the precincts, ghouls in the streets, it's mass chaos! If that goes off in Nova Praetoria, every single person on the island will die! But I fear for what would happen if we allow this to stay in the hands of Neuron. I believe he has commandeered part of my PPD force. This is something that I cannot stand for. So, what should we do? You'll have to go along with the Resistance, for now. Retrieve the Neutron bomb, but keep me posted on it. Whatever you do, do not let the Resistance activate it! It may actually be safer out of Neuron's hands than it would be in it. Contact me again when you know that the next move is going to be on Wardog's end. Will do. Marchand's Orders Marchand was shocked that there was a Neutron bomb right in the heart of Imperial City. He requested that you steal it away with the Resistance, but keep him posted on what they will do with it. He seems to think it'll be safer in your hands than in the hands of Neuron. Debriefing
