Inexhaustibility: Out of Combat +Hit Points/Endurance
This is an enhancement in the Inexhaustibility set.
Global: This enhancement functions as a set bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off or even if the power is greyed out because of exemplaring. However, the bonus of this Special IO is turned off if one exemplars more than three levels below the level of the Special IO itself, unless it's from a PvP Set, in which case, level doesn't matter and it will always work.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character.
Effects
Slotting this enhancement into Rest will give the user a chance to recover Hit Points and Endurance at a rapid rate if they've been out of combat for 30 seconds or more. In a PvP zone the player will gain a chance to receive a dramatic boost to regeneration instead of the healing effect triggered by this power. NOTE: Inexhaustibility can only be slotted into Rest and rest does not need to be activated for this power's effect to be triggered.
How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by completing Dr. Kahn Task Force and Barracuda Strike Force with the Secret Master challenge settings enabled, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
