This is an enhancement in the Guardian's Gift set. It can only be equipped on Guardians.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character.
Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to trigger a PBAoE Resolve around the caster even if the foe has not been defeated. Additionally this effect stacks with other resolve effects. This effect can stack resolve up to 4 times. This effect will trigger approximately 4 times per minute.
This enhancement improves the recharge of your power by the following amounts:

This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by opening Heroes and Villains Super Packs, purchasing with Reward Merits, Alignment Merits, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
