Defeat Olympian Guard in the Rescue Statesman mission of Maria Jenkins's A Hero's Epic arc OR Defeat Tyrant in the Free Statesman mission from Maria Jenkins's A Hero's Hero arc
Note
The Praetoria's Bane badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Statesman's Pal.
