Description

Being a V.I.P. in Paragon City has many advantages associated with it.

Notes

• This badge is only earnable by owning the City of Heroes Collector's DVD Edition or the City of Heroes Hero Gear Kit.

• The V.I.P. badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Destined One.
