Recipes for these enhancements may be obtained during the Winter Event from the Candy Keeper in Pocket D's Ski Chalet for 40 Candy Canes and 100 inf. The Candy Keeper's window shows the recipes as level 1, but in fact the recipe received will be the same level as the Experience Level of the character purchasing the recipe. The recipe may also be obtained from another player at Wentworth's or the Black Market, or by trading.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
