How to Get
Maintain an active account for the time period beginning August 15, 2009 and ending November 15, 2009.
Notes
- The Vigilant badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Determined.
- This badge is awarded at creation only to heroes who start in Paragon City or villains who start in the Rogue Isles. Characters who start as Praetorians are awarded the True to the Last badge instead.
