How to Get
Maintain an active account for the time period beginning August 15, 2009 and ending November 15, 2009.
Notes
- The Determined badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Vigilant.
- This badge is awarded at creation only to heroes who start in Paragon City or villains who start in the Rogue Isles. Characters who start as Praetorians are awarded the True to the Last badge instead.
