VIP Only?

I'm playing on Beta, and I have met the conditions (level 8, in KR) listed for being introduced. I am not seeing her as a contact anywhere. Felderburg 22:55, 29 September 2012 (UTC)

It's not listed in the patch notes or overview that they're VIP only. Try walking up and talking to her. ~ AGGE talk/cons 01:15, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

Did that. I had this issue with some (I guess new?) stuff with Provost Marchand (As I recall). I had been away for a while, so some friends wanted to see if I was able to get the arc. I wasn't able to, and they said it was because he was VIP only. It seems to be the same situation here. Felderburg 05:16, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
