Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character.
Global: This enhancement functions as a set bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off or even if the power is greyed out because of exemplaring. However, the bonus of this Special IO is turned off if one exemplars more than three levels below the level of the Special IO itself, unless it's from a PvP Set, in which case, level doesn't matter and it will always work.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.
This is an enhancement in the Superior Scrapper's Strike set. It can only be equipped on Scrappers.

This enhancement increases the critical hit chance against players and minions by 3% and against most other enemies by 6%.

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by catalyzing the Scrapper's Strike: Recharge/Critical Hit Bonus archetype origin enhancement, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
