PvP IO Sets

PvP IO Sets are IO sets that only drop from defeating other players. Every defeat that is capable of earning reputation there has a 6% chance that PvP IO will drop. There is a 10 minute lockout after earning a PvP IO before another will drop. Their set bonuses are available at all levels even when exemplaring to a level where the power the set is placed into is unavailable, like Very Rare IO Sets.
