Effects
This enhancement adds a chance to inflict minor psionic damage upon your target(s). This effect will trigger approximately 4 times per minute.
How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by completing Lady Grey Task Force with the Secret Master challenge settings enabled, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
