Description
The best way to make bombs that can't be defused is to train on the Bomb Squad. Needless to say, on yours it's the Blue Wire.
How to Get
Prevent 10 bombing side missions during Safeguard Missions.
Note
The Blue Wire badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Bomb Squad.
