Overview
Atmospheric Composition is a secondary power set for Guardians.
"Atmospheric Composition users can harness the wind, weather, and lightning to wreak havoc on their foes and protect themselves and their allies."

When you toggle on this power, you are surrounded in a charged field that makes you highly resistant to Smashing, Lethal and Energy damage.

Freezing Rain
Summons Freezing Rain at a targeted location. Freezing Rain deals minimal Cold damage to anything that passes through the storm. It also Slows the affected foes and severely reduces their Defense and resistance to damage. Many foes may even slip and fall trying to escape the storm.

Gale Winds
You can call forth a tremendous gust of Gale force winds that knock down foes, deal some Smashing damage, and disorients foes in a wide cone area.

Grounding Shield
You are protected by a Grounding Shield and become naturally very resistant to Fire, Cold, Energy and Negative Energy damage. You also have added resistance to Endurance Drain effects. Additionally, Grounding Shield provides Immobilize and Knockback protection, but only applies when you are near the ground. This power is always on and costs no Endurance.

Mass Energize
You can channel a tremendous amount of electricity through the air around your body for a short period of time. Doing so strengthens yourself and your allies by healing some hit points, reduce the endurance cost of powers and boost regeneration for a short time.

Power Sink

Snow Storm
While active, the chill from this Snow Storm can dramatically Slow the attack and movement speed of the target and all nearby foes. The torrent winds of the Snow Storm are enough to bring down flying foes.

Steamy Mist
Your mastery of the elements allows you to hide yourself and all nearby allies within a Steamy Mist. Steamy Mist makes you and your allies harder to see and increases your Defense bonus to all attacks, while reducing Fire, Cold, and Energy damage, as well as your Foes ability to Confuse you. You cannot use any other Concealment type powers while using Steamy Mist.

Static Shield
You can create a field of Static Electricity around your body. This Static Shield protects you from Hold, Sleep, and Disorient effects as well as Endurance Drain, Recovery DeBuffs and enemy Teleportation. Static Shield can also help normalize your synaptic activity, granting you good resistance to Psionic Damage.
