I think you'll get along very well with the man from Powers Division, very well.

The man's name is Transmuter. He was once a powerful mage who fought alongside Emperor Cole, but those days are far behind him now, far behind him. He is now in charge of the organization of Powers Division within Imperial City.

The Transmuter will be able to move your fame and power forward with your very own group of Powers Division. It should prove very interesting. Very interesting indeed.

Information

Advisor

Mr. G is known to be an enigmatic man within the government of Praetoria. He also seems to know just what exactly is going on. Some say he has his pulse on everything that happens in Imperial City. Regardless of rumors, all of the people of Imperial trust Mr. G with their safety - and their lives.

Prior to Introduction

I'm afraid I don't have anything for you to do.

Wrong Alignment

I believe the path you've taken doesn't suit our goals, Character. Let's speak again if you've had a change of heart, yes, let us indeed speak again.

Initial Contact

Briefing

If you introduced yourself

Hello there, Character. Very interesting to meet you, very interesting. I've heard somewhat of your achievements here in Praetoria. Not as much as some others, but you've been up there. The fact that you've come to speak to me speaks volumes about your tastes, volumes.
My name is Mr. G, and I believe you and I have some very interesting matters to discuss, very interesting.
  • What sort of matters?
Matters of great importance, Character. A situation that I need your expert help with. Of course, I'm not a fool to believe you're in this just to help others. I am a man who is all about mutually assisting those who assist me. I have plenty of influence at my disposal within Praetoria, plenty of influence. I will make sure that you get whatever it is that you need; fame, power, glory, all or just one. I will help you, and you will help me - everyone benefits, Character, everyone. Think over my deal and get back to me when you are ready to make a move.
  • I'm ready now, Mr. G
  • Alright, I'll do that.

If you completed the Crusader story arc last before leaving Nova Praetoria, and made the Loyalist choice

Ah, Character, I've heard a lot about you from Praetor White. He speaks very highly about your exploits, very highly.
Killing Jack Hammer was no easy task, I imagine. But that's what makes you special amongst the powers here in Praetoria, very special.
My name is Mr. G, you may or may not have heard of me. I deal in very special matters here in Praetoria, very special. Which is why I wish to deal with you, Character. I can see you becoming a very big deal here in Praetoria, very big deal. Which is why I would propose that you and I work together.
  • What do you want to work together on?
Several projects of mine, all very important. But the most important is analyzing you, what you can do, and how to heighten your abilities even more. To do this, however, I'll need your help in some matters that need to be handled in an efficient matter, a most efficient matter.
A deal for a deal, as they say. A man in my position in Praetoria has many matters to deal with, many matters. Your help in these matters wouldn't just help me, however. They would go a long way towards increasing your own fame in Praetoria, a very long way. So if you are truly interested in this, speak to me again. I suggest thinking it over, I would hate for you to rush into matters. Things can get quite messy if someone rushes into an issue, quite messy.
  • I might just do that, Mr. G.

If you completed the Power story arc last before leaving Nova Praetoria

Character, pleasure to meet you, quite a pleasure. My name is Mr. G. I've heard a lot about your rise in the Powers Division. That was an excellent show you put on in the Magisterium, very excellent show.
I would like to propose that you and I begin a working relationship with each other. I am a man of some repute here in Praetoria, some repute indeed. You are a man / woman of growing power here in the city. Together, I think we can help each other get what we want.
  • And what is it that you want?
Many things, Character, many things. They aren't as ambitious as you, however. If they were, you would see me also fighting in the Magisterium, though I doubt I would survive for long, not for long at all. Which is why I would need your help.
The matters I deal with are public to the people of Praetoria, very public. The people may not know that I had anything to do with it, but they know of the people who helped me. Such as your 'friend', Reese. He and I worked together, though it was very unpleasant on my end to deal with him, very unpleasant. You and I working together can be much different, that I know.
I can see both of us benefitting from this. I can provide you with new sources of power, very new sources, along with the fame to move higher up in Praetoria. You can provide me with the assistance I need in dealing with various matters. Everyone wins in this scenario, Character, everyone. If you're interested in this, come back and speak to me. Think on it.
  • I'm ready now, Mr. G.
  • I'll do that.

Mr. G's Image

You don't know why, but sometimes out of the corner of your eye, you can swear you see Mr. G. When you look, you see that no one is there. You can't help but feel that he's still watching you, even after the time you worked with him, which you call...

Personal Monster

It began with the news that Eddie Polstra had gone missing. Eddie had become a fairly big name in Imperial City: whoever would save him would become even bigger. You teamed up with Mr. G to look for Eddie with the promise of fame and fortune. You first went into the tunnels of Imperial to find Eddie, though all you found were ghouls and evidence that Eddie was somewhere nearby. You called Mr. G for more information and relayed information on what exactly he should tell the press.

You pushed further into the tunnels and finally encountered Eddie, only for him to tell you that he would not return to the surface until he found a mythical 'monster' that was the key to some 'invasion'. He also claimed that the beast had the Maelstrom Device, the same technology that was keeping Eddie alive. Eddie teleported away, leaving you back at square one. You spoke again with Mr. G, who proposed an investigation into the Maelstrom Device that was within Eddie's chest.

You decided to trick the Resistance to attack the lab you were heading to, which would make you look all the better when you swooped in there to save the day. However, instead of the Resistance showing up, you found the Syndicate in the lab. You cleared the lab and found data on the Maelstrom Device, which revealed that only one other was made apart from Eddie's. Whoever gave Eddie the Maelstrom Device had stolen it from Praetoria!

You were able to track down Eddie once more to tell him the news. This seemed to make a fine impact on him; Eddie agreed to return to the surface with you, saying that the monster was of no more consequence if it was truly from Praetoria. You and Eddie fought off some members of the Resistance whom Mr. G so graciously sent your way.

When you returned to the surface, the people of Imperial City hailed you as a hero, while Eddie Polstra slowly faded from the public eye. It was your time to shine in Imperial City, and you would be sure to bask in the limelight as long as possible.
