This enhancement adds a chance to restore 7.5% endurance and a small amount of health to nearby allies. This effect will trigger approximately 3 times per minute.
This enhancement improves the recharge of your power by the following amounts:

How to Obtain
This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by catalyzing the Scourging Blast: Recharge/Chance for Minor PBAoE +End, +Health archetype origin enhancement, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
