Positron just contacted me, Character. He'd like you to report to Fort Trident to debrief with his team. I imagine he's itching to find out what went wrong with his encounter with those Trolls.
I know the Phalanx has been leaning on you quite a bit recently, but it would be good of you to respond. Give them time, Character. They will return to their former glory soon enough, you'll see.
- I'll head over there now.

If these energy signatures are appearing in Atlas Park, we're going to need someone to investigate.
Character, your prior success against the Trolls in Skyway suggests that you may be capable of handling whatever's up there. Still, I think the Phalanx should have an official presence as well, if there is an attack imminent.
If you don't mind, I'd like you to select a member of our team to accompany you on your patrol.
- Why not bring the whole team?
- That would improve our odds were something dangerous to occur, true. However, given the relative frequency of these anomalies, I believe that holding the majority of the team in reserve is the most prudent course of action.
- If more anomalies reveal themselves, I will send members to investigate. If not, then we may join you shortly to assist in your investigation.

Briefing Hey, kid. Pretty good work out there. I gotta admit, when Positron first said he was going to call you in for help, I was a little suspicious. I've been tight with the Phalanx for a long time, but you don't have that kind of history. Pos showed me your credentials, though, and he's said you worked with some of 'em before... and now here you are, bringing home the prize twice in a row. Not what I expected, not at all.
Briefing Character. I have been observing your work since Positron requested your assistance, and the majority of your actions have had highly positive impacts on the stability of Paragon City. If it is your intent to investigate the energy sources we have detected in Atlas Park, I would be greatly interested in accompanying you.
Briefing Manticore levels a grim stare at you. You're soft, Character. Now, I don't say that because I think you're not a good fighter. You've proven that you can handle yourself well enough. But you make poor decisions, and expose yourself and this city to unnecessary danger. I mean, what were you thinking, that the Clockwork King was some misunderstood teenager? You let a dangerous psychic criminal run loose after he carried out a premeditated attack on a Freedom Phalanx facility, and for what? So that you wouldn't have to hurt his feelings? The Clockwork King is not some child to be chided and then sent on his way. He is a criminal that is responsible for the deaths of more Paragon Citizens than you know.
Briefing Hello, Character. I must thank you for your assistance in Skyway City. I'm ashamed to admit, the Trolls' ability to cause me harm was a surprise. Thankfully, you arrived in time to prevent whatever cruel fate they had planned for me. Still, I plan on being more cautious in the future. It seems that Paragon City is always defying our expectations.

I know most heroes don't care about why a bad guy does what he does, but in Russell's case, I really do think he's trying to be better. He just... doesn't fit in well with the rest of us, you know? He doesn't have a lot of respect for rules. I think he's starting to come around, though. Anyway, I feel like I'm just rambling now. Did you need something?

Briefing Synapse seems to be caught up in a one-way conversation with Back Alley Brawler. So I said to her, 'Listen, honey, I know it sounds bad, but come on! You're twins. Identical twins. You can't blame me for this!' I mean, yeah, she was pissed. But really, if I'm attracted to her sister, she should just take that as a compliment, right? If I like one, then obviously the other's going to... Synapse seems to finally notice your presence, and ends his rant prematurely. He casually waves to you. Yo, Character. Pretty slick moves, from what Pos and Numina are saying. What's up?

Pandora's Box... oh dear. That certainly doesn't sound good. You may want to keep this information amongst those you trust, Character. If word gets out that Paragon's criminal element is getting power enough to challenge its greatest champions, why, there'd by riots in the streets.
I will be frank, Character. I fear for the future. The world has been beset by more threats than the good citizens of this city would ever care to know, and by and large we've managed to survive until now because Statesman has led the way. With him gone... I do not know if the Phalanx is still up to the challenges ahead.
But... perhaps you are. I sincerely hope that is the case.
