Description
Again, your Terra Volta experience has altered your powers in ways no one could imagine.
How to Get
The Statesman Star is obtained by completing the Terra Volta Respecification Trial for the second time and selecting the respec reward. You must be level 34 or higher to obtain this badge.
- Note: You do not need to complete the second trial (from Captain James Harlan) to obtain this badge; any trial at any level awards this badge on the character's second run.
Notes
- The Denied the Statesman Star badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Earned the Statesman Star.
- This badge is only awarded to characters of the hero or vigilante alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by villains or rogues, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.
