You have helped defeat all the Signature Villains in Recluse's Victory, making you a Justiciar.
How to Get
Defeat Lord Recluse, Ghost Widow, Captain Mako, Black Scorpion, and Scirocco in Recluse's Victory.
Note
The Justiciar badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Fallen Justiciar.
