Complete both parts of Positron's Task Force, The Rule of the Three. The badge actually awards upon receiving both of the following two badges:

	Rule of Three Badge	Accomplishment	Complete the Positron Task Force Part One.
	Dam Villain Badge	Accomplishment	Complete the Positron Task Force Part Two.

Task Force Abandoner Badge

The Positron's Betrayer badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Positron's Ally.
