Leaders

It's stated specifically in the game that the Kheldians do not have any defined leaders, per sé, but that Sunstorm and Shadowstar are the coordinators of Kheldian forces in Paragon City. It's more of a de facto respecting relationship than any kind of official rank. GuyPerfect 19:33, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
