For 87 months in City of Heroes you will be able to access your Vault with the slash command /vault.

How to Get

Have an account active for eighty-seven or more months.

NOTE: This badge was significantly revised in Issue 21 as part of the Paragon Rewards Program.

Rewards

Earning the Tenacious badge rewards all characters on the account:
