Talons of Vengeance Total Radial Improved Ally is one of the abilities that can be used with the Lore Slot, part of the Incarnate System. This ability is Rare.

Description

Draws forth the essences of a vanquished Talons of Vengeance Siren and Harpy from the Well of the Furies to serve you for 5 minutes. The Siren is untouchable, but has no offensive powers at all.

This power also applies an Incarnate Shift. (An Incarnate Shift is a Level Shift which only activates while participating in an Incarnate Trial.)

A quick attack that fires an arrow at your foe after only minimal aiming. Fast, but little damage. Damage: Minor, Recharge: Fast

Ice Arrow Ranged, Foe Hold, -SPD, -Recharge
This arrow can freeze a single foe in a block of ice. The target is frozen solid, helpless, and can be attacked. More powerful foes may not be Held, but all affected targets will be Slowed. Recharge: Moderate.

Screech Ranged, Minor DMG(Smashing/Energy), Foe Disorient, -Res(all)
By bursting forth with this hypersonic Screech, you can disorient a target. Damage: Minor, Recharge: Slow

You enchant your targets with a song of beauty and promise, with the intent of soothing their minds. Any targets around you are enthralled by your song, and gain Defense, Resistance, and a bonus to all healing received.

Regenerating Song Heal, HoT, +Recovery, +Recharge
You unleash a song which can create resonance within the bodies of those who hear it, amplifying their performance with powerfully sustaining effects. Your target receives a direct Heal with a steady Heal over Time, along with a Recharge and Recovery boost for a short period of time.
