Effects
This Enhancement will grant the power it's slotted in a 20% chance to deal knock down. Additionally, it will convert any knock back the power already deals to knock down.

This enhancement cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by completing the Summer Blockbuster trial, purchasing with Reward Merits, Alignment Merits, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is not a drop.
