The Tsoo and the Warriors have been meeting all over the city for the last few days. The strange thing is that we haven't seen any violence. Those groups are planning something, and I want to find out what. I need you to investigate the meetings between the Warriors and the Tsoo.

Debriefing

Breaking up that tournament probably saved lives in the end. Neither the Tsoo nor the Warriors really know how to lose gracefully.
