This is an enhancement in the Unbreakable Constraint set.
Unique: No more than one enhancement of this type may be slotted by a character.
Level 50: Characters must be level 50 to slot this enhancement.Effects
Enhances the Hold Duration of a power by 33.1% and reduces the Endurance Cost by 33.1%
Recipe
This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a very rare drop.
This recipe may be sold to a store for 5000 inf. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
This recipe is considered level 50 for crafting purposes. The requirements for crafting this enhancement are:
