Overview
The Center, Paolo Tirelli, is the mysterious leader of the Council. Little is known about him, but he does appear in Viridian's Story Arc, Conference of Evil, pits you against him and a team of Council Archvillains.
History
Paolo Tirelli was a low-level Italian dignitary who went on to become the Council's revered Center. Colleen Nelson describes him as "an unremarkable man with a weak chin" during the Protect the exhibition mission.
Later, The Center "Showed up and ruined Requiem's fun when he took control of the Council."
