How to Get

• Complete Recover Cage's stolen arms mission assigned by Vince Dubrowski.
• Complete Steal the arms shipment mission from Captain Petrovich.
• Open one of the crates in the Retrieve Weapons mission from Strike Force Operative Renault.
• Fail the Take Down Biff mission assigned by Terrence Dobbs.
