The Small Secure Complex qualifies as a medium Base Plot size available for a Group to build a Base.

It is the fourth plot size available out of the seven in the Secure Base Plots category.

The Small Secure Complex measures 20x20 grids and has a cost of 48,828,125 Prestige.

As with all Secure Base Plots it is allowed to have secondary Energy and Control Base Items as well as additional Batteries beyond the limits of the Hidden Base Plots.
