Skulls Thug Costume

Description

It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Skull at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.

This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Event 2007 Trick or Treat event.
