Location
This badge is found within the Bring citizens to Vahzilok surgeons mission assigned by Dmitri Krylov. You need to stay inside the mission for at least 8 minutes to get this badge.
It can also be obtained by entering the 'Battle for Television' mission assigned by Television or the 'Locate and recover potential Seer' mission assigned by Fortunata Hamilton.
