Description
Your Running, Flight and Jumping speeds are increased slightly. This effect lasts for 3 days of gameplay.
How to Get
Both Villains and Heroes can obtain this temporary power. It is awarded for characters that complete the Independence Port Mayhem Mission or Safeguard Mission if they are at least level 25.
