The only info available about issue 13 is that it will more than likely be a big issue, according to the developers, after the smaller Issue 12.


Possible Issue 13 Content

  • A new custom "Story Arc/Mission builder", announced recently in an interview with Positron discussing future game updates: [1]
  • Archnemesis/Alterego System (Possibly implemented at the same time as the custom missions/story arc feature)
  • Shields powerset: "Shields will be a defensive powerset, not an AT. They'll also be useable with any unarmed or right handed weapon powerset" [2]
  • New Zones, Costumes, Inventions, Powersets, or Enemy groups
  • The return of the 5th Column as a major enemy group.
  • Base Improvements
  • A Moon Zone
  • The addition of Blue Steel as a combative NPC.
