How to Get
Defeat 333 Cage Consortium Guards.
Location
Sharkhead Island - Port Recluse (Levels 20-22)
Sharkhead Island - The Crush (Levels 21-25)
Sharkhead Island - Hellforge (Levels 21-25)
Sharkhead Island - The Pit (Levels 23-27)
Sharkhead Island - Villa Requin (Levels 24-27)
The best place is directly on the Hellforge map marker. There's a large fenced in compound that is filled with Consortium. Additionally you need to kill guards for this badge. The lieutenants and bosses do not count, you must kill minions.
