There are 2 epic archetypes available in City of Heroes.
As of the announcement of Issue 12 there will 2 main villain Epic Archetypes.
These will branch out into separate branches:
The Wolf Spider can choose from Bane Spider or Crab Spider and the Blood Widow can choose from Fortunata and Night Widow.
