Overview
Bulwark is an Elite Boss working for the Council.
Heroes can find him on the Shut down the facility mission from Citadel during the Citadel Task Force.
Description
This monstrosity of a Mech Man was made using the same technology that powers Citadel. It's no fit legacy for the heroic android, and must be destroyed.
