Overview

Bloody Bay is the first of the four PvP zones. A hero or villain must be at least level 15 to enter Bloody Bay. All characters in this zone will be automatically raised or lowered to level 25 while in this zone. This zone is a PvP zone in which heroes may fight villains and villains against heroes.

You have been staggered by the acts of your enemies. You now suffer decreased damage resistance.

Notes

• All characters are "adjusted" to combat level 25 in this zone, no matter what their level is outsize the zone. If a player is higher than threat level 25, then that player is auto-exemplared down to level 25 and may lose additional powers he or she has gained since level 25.
