Description
You have been under the influence of restraining powers such as sleeps and holds for an inordinate amount of time.
How to Get
Be Held, Slept, Stunned, or Mezzed for 10 minutes total.
Note
The Restrained badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Slacker.
