Julius the Troll is a hero contact in the Red River neighborhood of The Hollows at coordinates (505, 0, 448.5). His level range is 10-14.
Note: The Hollows is an optional zone. While all heroes are referred to contacts in the Hollows, they may speak to Wincott and return to their regular contacts if they like. Heroes may miss out on important story information, temporary powers, and/or badges if they skip the regular contacts in this level range (though most content is available via flashback later on.)

I want you meet strange fellow: Talshak the Mystic. He a confusing man, but I know he wants to stop Trolls and Igneous. Talshak seems to have an unending supply of Natural and Magic Enhancements.
Talshak keep talking about strange mystic gateway. Not sure it exists, but he seem to believe it.

Disgruntled Troll
Julius is the smallest and most disgruntled Troll in Paragon City. Referred to as 'Runt' by many of his fellow gang members, Julius has had to find a purpose for himself that's not tied up in the drug culture of the Trolls. He's found that purpose in the reclamation of the Hollows. Julius wants to see the area restored to its natural state, and he's willing to sell out his comrades to make it happen. Heroes have occasionally reported seeing a faint glimmer of intelligence buried within Julius' Superadine-addled mind. If a cure for the Trolls' mutations could be found, it's possible that Julius would have a lot of potential to live up to.

Julius the Kind Hearted Troll
Julius is a strange one. Willing to turn against his own in order to protect the innocent and the pure. His words may be simple, but his intentions are deep. Whether it be sending you after some Trolls attempting to block the Red River dam, taking out some Igneous or going after human slave trafficking, Julius wants what's best for his world.
'I want see nature restored,' he tells you.
What bothers you though is that you know something else was going on in that last cave where you rescued the slaves from. You didn't feel right the whole time you were in there and now you're starting to have some very strange dreams.
