Gives a bonus psionic resistance of 3% for Tankers, Controllers, Defenders, Masterminds; 2.55% for Dominators; 2.25% for Scrappers, Peacebringers, Warshades, Brutes, Stalkers, Corruptors; 2.1% for Blasters.

Functions as a Set Bonus and is always on, even if in a toggle that is turned off. 1
