Overview
This power will give you 5 charges to summon a powerful ally to aid you in combat. When summoned, your signature ally will be an Elite Boss and last for 4 minutes. The ally summoned depends on your alignment and the variation of the power chosen.
How to Get
Heroes and Villains my purchase these powers from B.O.T.L.E.R. and Trashcan for 1 Alignment Merit and 1.5 million Inf.

Through your dedication and loyalty you've been granted the right to call upon the aid of an Echo of a tank signature character. Heroes will summon an Echo of Statesman and Villains will summon an Echo of Lord Recluse. Your summoned ally will vanish after 4 minutes, after being defeated or after you zone, whichever happens first. You must be level 4 or greater to use this power.
