Overview
Ice Composition is a secondary power set for Guardians.
"Ice Composition users have mastered chilling themselves and the air around them to protect their allies, protect themselves, and weaken adversaries."

Powers
Arctic Fog
Your mastery of cold allows you to hide yourself and all nearby allies within thick Arctic Fog. Arctic Fog makes you and your allies harder to see and increases your Defense to area effect, melee and ranged attacks, as well as your resistance to Slow, Fire, Cold, and Energy damage. You cannot use any other Concealment type powers while using Arctic Fog.

Chilling Embrace
While active, you dramatically lower the temperature around yourself, Slowing the attack rate of all nearby foes, as well as their movement speed and damage.

Frost Armor
While this power is active, you coat yourself in rock hard Frost Armor. The hardness of the Frost Armor offers good defense to Smashing and Lethal attack as well as reduces Cold damage. Also, you can resist Defense DeBuffs.

Glacial Armor
When you activate this power you cover yourself in Glacial Ice. The crystalline matrix of the armor has refracting properties that make Energy and Negative Energy attacks less likely to land, and acts as a lens to increase your Perception to see hidden foes. The bitter cold of Glacial Armor also reduces Cold damage and also you to resist Defense DeBuffs.

Heat Loss
Heat Loss drains the heat from your enemies and transfers that energy to your allies in the form of Endurance. All foes near the selected target may experience a Heat Loss, which will drain their Endurance, Slow them, and reduce their Damage Resistance. Allies near the target are granded Endurance and a boost to their Recovery. Some Endurance and Recovery will also be transferred directly to you and any allies near you.

Ice Pack
Activating this power covers you and your teammates in a thick layer of ice. The ice can absorb the impact from enemy attacks, effectively increasing your maximum Hit Points for a short time. Ice Pack also grants you resistance to Toxic Damage.

Healing/Absorb |
Infrigidate
Fires a frigid beam of cold at a single target. This beam dramatically reduces the targets attack rate, movement speed and Defense. Infrigidate draws so much heat out of the target that the damage of any of its Fire attacks will be reduced.

Sleet
Summons a Sleet Storm at a targeted location. Sleet deals minimal Cold damage to anything that passes through the storm. It also Slows the affected foes and severely reduces their Defense and resistance to damage. Many foes may even slip and fall trying to escape the storm.

Wet Ice
When you activate this power, you cover yourself in a thick coating of slick, melting ice. This makes you slippery, leaving you nearly immune to Disorient, Immobilization, Hold, Sleep, Slow and Knockback effects. This power also adds a slight increase to your defense to all attacks except Psionics. Wet Ice also reduces Cold damage and grants you resistance to Defense DeBuffs.
